Privacy notice

Last updated 29 October 2026. This notice describes how this website handles information today.

What we collect

When you request a consultation, we receive what you enter: the services you're interested in, your name, your work email, and — only if you choose to add them — a company name or website and a short description of what you'd like to improve.

We also record the page language, the time of the request and a random request reference used to prevent duplicate submissions.

Labs demos and the PowerAims Guide run in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us unless you choose to add a summary to the consultation form and then submit it.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request, arrange a conversation and discuss your project. We send one confirmation email when your request is received.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted on Vercel. Consultation requests are stored in a database operated by Upstash and delivered to our inbox through our email hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf so the site can run and requests can reach us.

If you use the optional “Choose a time” link, you book through Google Calendar, which handles that booking under Google's own terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The browser's session storage is used only to carry a summary you approve from Labs or the Guide into the consultation form, and it is cleared when the form reads it.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests for as long as they're needed to respond and follow up on your enquiry, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent by emailing hello@poweraims.com.
